Tip of the Week - Hot Mulled Apple
Ingredients
2 Litres Apple Juice (Clear not cloudy)
2 Cinnamon Sticks
3 Cloves
Juice and zest of 1 orange
55 grams Demerara Sugar
Method
Place all ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil then leave to cool.
Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
Warm through gently to serve.
